My twin room was spacious. I appreciated the convenient access to the executive lounge. It provided a quiet area for work. i liked that housekeeping was prompt. My room was always tidy.
The gym access card required a separate activation at reception. It was a slight delay.

really good experience
friendly staff warm atmosphere modern environment ample space
i found the staff friendly and helpful this contributed to a warm cute atmosphere the hotel maintained a super clean and modern environment i also appreciated the room's size it provided ample space for relaxation the bed offered a very comfortable sleep experience overall my expectations were greatly surpassed
the provided toiletries lacked clear labeling i found it slightly inconvenient to distinguish between the shampoo and shower gel as a result of this i had to guess which product to use

the premises included a gym with several treadmills and stationary bikes i saw that fresh towels and water were readily available nearby the lounge area offered comfortable seating arrangements with complimentary beverages and snacks during designated hours

the location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions many popular sites are within easy walking distance i appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transportation providing quick and easy access to other areas of the city it made sightseeing effortless

i noticed that the staff was polite they were quick to address inquiries at the reception desk i observed that the concierge provided helpful directions to local attractions also the room service was prompt and fulfilled requests accurately it contributed to a very comfortable stay

the staff were very helpful, that's for sure.
My room faced the street. The street noise was constant and really disrupted my sleep, it was so annoying! i definitely expected more soundproofing for the price i paid.

the rooms were clean and well-designed the bed offered great comfort. i found the staff consistently polite and always available to help. the hotel provided a wonderful and restful experience overall.
the toiletries in the shower lacked clear labels. i found this a bit inconvenient . the air conditioning also did not seem very effective.
